The page is under construction

This page is intended as a help page for staff and students at the Department of Electrical Energy. Here we will answer inquiries and questions that we in the technical and administrative group most often receive. The goal is that you, as an employee, can solve tasks yourself to a greater extent, or find the right contact person for help. We will link to relevant information pages and user guides.

Each room has its own calendar. You "call" meeting rooms and other resources to the meeting the same way you invite colleagues. By opening the meeting room's calendar you can see when it is vacant or busy.

Read more about reserving meeting rooms in Outlook here.

Guests who do not have access to book themselves can get help from the administration.

Auditoriums and teaching rooms

Auditoriums and teaching rooms can be reserved via the Time scheduling system TP.

Credit card

NTNU recommends the use of a Eurocard corporate credit card as the preferred payment method for business trips. Opting for NTNU's credit card will help to streamline our internal processes, ensuring smoother handling and quicker reimbursements for incurred expenses. The agreement between NTNU and Eurocard can only be used by permanent employees and employees in fixed-term positions. The agreement cannot be used by employees in temporary or seasonal positions. Read more about the credit card here.
