Matriculation ceremony – welcome ceremony for new students at NTNU Monday 14 August

Time: 2 p.m. 

Location: Behind the main building

You will participate in this formal ceremony together with your buddy group. The ceremony will include musical performances, speeches and you will get a glimpse into life as a student at NTNU.

Monday 21 August

Time: 4 p.m. (Please plan on the event lasting up to four hours.)

Location: Gløshaugen campus, Gamle fysikk building, room 217.

Official welcome and information meeting from the MSc in Engineering in Project Management study program and Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management. Information about the study program and its structure (the three program tracks) will be shared. We will have pizza. There will also be a team-based activity.

15 August

Join Buddy week kick-off hosted by Studentersamfundet and get a social start of studies. All new students can participate. The kick-off event will be in the park next to the student union building.

Time: 2 p.m.

Location: Elgeseter Park

 

Further information will be posted later about buddy week activities specific for the MSc in Engineering in Project Management (PROMAN) program.

During the Orientation week, you will get to know NTNU, your city and other international students in fun ways, and learn everything you need to know to get started in Norway and settle in at NTNU. The Office of International Relations arranges the orientation week.
