Bookitlab is NTNUs lab management system. We use it for booking and administration of research infrastructure, as well as registering loans, use and reservations of other equipment. Anyone with NTNU-Feide can log in to Bookitlab. Those with SINTEF-Feide can also log in, they just have to change the "affiliation" in the login.

How to log in and register a booking

Here is a user guide on how to log in and register your booking in Bookitlab.

Log in via FEIDE. After you have logged in, click on 'View All Cores'

Enter the room number for the lab you want to book and press "ENTER"

Click on the desired lab location

If you would like to expand the reservation form, press the expand button:

Under Identifiers there is a link to any documentation for the instrument/lab. At the bottom of the page you will find the risk assessment form and safety form for download.

To book a lab space, click on the reservation button: ​

Select the time from and to. Then select the relevant project under "Project Name". If you cannot find your project, please contact us. Employees can contact Thomas Haugnæss. Students can contact Bård Almås.

Under Safety form, upload the completed and approved risk assessment and safety form.
