About the centre
At the Norwegian Health Association Centre for Dementia Research, we bring together expertise from a range of disciplines to better understand the mechanisms behind dementia.
To solve the puzzle of dementia, we need knowledge about what happens in the brain when someone develops the disease. We gain this knowledge through interdisciplinary collaboration across diverse areas of brain research. The hope is that the insights we uncover through research will contribute to the development of effective methods for diagnosing, treating, and preventing dementia.
