CARS - Coherent anti-Stokes Raman Scattering
CARS - Coherent anti-Stokes Raman Scattering
CARS is a label-free technique used to probe characteristic, intrinsic vibrational states of different molecules in the specimen.
The microscope is under construction and will soon be ready to operate.
Imaging methods are:
- Coherent anti-Stokes Raman Scattering (CARS)
- Multiphoton fluorescence
- Second harmonic generation (SHG)
- Brightfield
