It provides an academic foundation suitable both for specialisation within the two programme tracks and for careers across a wide range of private and public organisations.

This course gives you an overview of management accounting and decision making. You will among other things learn about balanced scorecards, strategy maps and cost.
Globalization has arrived on the doorstep om many industries. This course combines the tools of strategic management with insights from international businesses.
The course gives an introduction to important research methods and design in qualitative research. The course will cover how to collect, analyze, interpret and communicate qualitative data, and will prepare you for doing your own independent research project in your master's thesis.
Students will learn about the Global Financial Environment, Foreign Exchange Theory, Foreign Exchange Market and Derivatives, Financing the Global Firm, Foreign Investment Decisions, and Managing Multinational Operations.
The course explores concepts and framework related to sustainable business development and the integration of sustainability considerations in strategic management processes. Emphasis is placed on how to incorporate economic, environmental and social objectives into organizational mission, strategy, culture and practice to create long-term value for firms, its stakeholders and society at large.
In Experts in Teamwork (EiT), master's students from different study programmes meet to work together in interdisciplinary teams. Together, you will tackle a project related to real-life societal challenges. At the same time, you will actively reflect on the cooperation in the team and develop your teamworking skills.
The course gives an introduction to quantitative methods within research and focuses on the understanding of fundamental concepts, terminology and methods for data analysis. The course prepares students for doing design, data collection, and analysis of quantitative data and provides you with an understanding of how to use scientific methods critically.
During the second year of your master's degree, you will write a master's thesis. This is an opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and competence that you have gained throughout your studies. The master's thesis gives you the opportunity to conduct an independent research project within a specific topic in your field of study. We encourage our students to write their master's thesis in collaboration with one of our many industry partners.

This course explores how companies and financial institutions address ESG and sustainability in a rapidly changing global economy. It examines the risks and opportunities created by climate change, biodiversity loss, and social inequality, and how businesses can measure, report, and improve their environmental, social, and governance performance. Students learn how ESG considerations influence corporate strategy, operations, and financial decision-making, including how capital can be allocated toward more sustainable outcomes.
